Tetra® Pond Waterfall Filter for Fish Pond Filtration

DESCRIPTION Making a waterfall for a pond is fast and easy. The TetraPond Waterfall Filter creates beautiful waterfalls quickly and easily. This easy-to-assemble filter provides both mechanical and biological filtration and can be easily hidden with rocks and pond decorations. Promotes increased aeration for your pond and cleaner and healthier pond water. Use with pumps between 500 and 4,500 gallons per hour (not included). Use with 1 inch or 1-1/4 inch ID tubing. TetraPond Waterfall Filter works through mechanical and biological filtration. Pond water is pumped into the bottom of the filter, and the water rises upwards through a fiber mat, which traps suspended dirt and debris. Water flows through lava rock or Bio-Activators (not included), where beneficial bacteria naturally colonize to convert harmful pollutants into relatively harmless nitrates. Water exits the filter through the extra-long spillway to create a waterfall - ridges on the underside prevent dripping.Features: WATERFALL FILTER: Quickly and easily add a beautiful waterfall in ponds and water gardens up to 1,000 gallons.EXTRA-LONG SPILLWAY: Water exits the filter to create a waterfall - ridges on the underside prevent dripping.CLEANS WATER: Provides mechanical and biological filtration while it circulates water for a cleaner pond.USAGE: Works with water pumps between 500 and 4,500 GPH (not included), with either 1 or 1-1/4 inch tubing.LIMITED WARRANTY: Features a 2-year Limited Warranty (see product packaging for details).Includes: 1 FilterIntended Pet(s): FishMaterial: Plastic Color: BlackCompatible With: Use with pumps between 500 - 4,500 gallons per hour (GPH); use with 1 or 1 1/4 inch tubingDimensions: 19 in L x 15.125 in W x 12.25 in H
