First Light Breakfast Blend

First Light Breakfast Blend is our modern take on a classic blend - light to medium roasted from a blend of Colombian and Honduran single-origin coffees. This combination of beans creates a special balance between rich and crisp notes, creating a coffee that's not only delightful as a morning drip coffee but also shines throughout the day with its refreshing and uplifting flavors. Both our Colombian and Honduran beans undergo a fully washed process, resulting in a naturally fruity and complex blend, with a well-balanced body. This meticulous processing method ensures a clean and consistent profile, highlighting the inherent qualities of the beans themselves. Our First Light Breakfast Blend is designed for ease and consistency, making it effortless to achieve a flawless cup every time you brew. It makes a delicious cup of drip coffee for larger groups, as well as a fruity and complex personal pour-over.  We taste milk chocolate in a balanced body, perfectly complemented by subtle juicyness. 🌞 Whether you prefer to enjoy its complex flavors on their own or paired with your favorite breakfast, First Light offers a versatile canvas for your coffee ritual. Though intended for a clean, drip cup- First Light tastes delicious with milk and can be dialed in as a really juicy espresso, too. Elevate your mornings with a blend that promises brightness and balance in every sip. At Blossom Coffee Roasters, crafting the perfect balance is our passion. We carefully adjust the ratios of these single-origin beans throughout the year to ensure consistency and excellence in every batch of First Light Breakfast Blend. Frequent cupping and tasting sessions guarantee that each new lot maintains the blend's signature profile—consistent, nuanced, and utterly satisfying!
