Tips Donation

Tips make up a 45% of our barista’s take home pay. While we are paying them for the duration of our shutdown, the hourly wage does not come close to sustaining their day-to-day. As opposed to a GoFundMe, we decided to make a donation item available on our website so that all donations can go directly to our baristas while we're closed. We're hoping to raise $4,000 which is the average amount of take home tips received during a two week period. As times are hard across all industries, many of you simply cannot or even should not give. We understand. However for those of you who know you will be ok on the other side of this, we ask that you consider making an investment in our baristas lives so they can continue making a safe, hospitable place to bring our community together. Much Love, The Silver Grizzly Espresso Team Disclaimer: By adding this to the cart the buyer acknowledges this is not a tax-deductible donation. The buyer also acknowledges this is a purchase of tips and will not receive anything in return other than warm fuzzies and happy baristas.
