Tesamorelin / Ipamorelin – The Pre-Mixed GH Blend

Two growth-hormone peptides in one bottle — and it arrives already mixed. Tesamorelin, the GHRH analogue studied for deep abdominal fat, paired with Ipamorelin, the cleanest of the growth-hormone secretagogues. It ships from the pharmacy as a finished solution, so there is no powder, no bacteriostatic water, and no reconstitution step. 💧 Tesamorelin / Ipamorelin — The Pre-Mixed GH Blend The growth-hormone stack with the mixing already done. What it is, in plain English Two compounds that work on the growth-hormone axis from two different directions, combined in a single solution. Tesamorelin is an analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) — the signal the brain sends to ask the pituitary for growth hormone; it is the peptide most associated in research with visceral fat, the deep abdominal fat that sits around the organs rather than under the skin. Ipamorelin comes at the same target through a separate receptor, and is studied because it is selective: it nudges growth hormone without the appetite and cortisol effects seen with older secretagogues. Neither one is growth hormone. Both work by asking the body to release its own. How it helps 💧 Arrives pre-mixed from the pharmacy — nothing to reconstitute, nothing to calculate 🎯 Tesamorelin is the GH-axis peptide most studied for deep abdominal (visceral) fat 🧬 Ipamorelin adds a second, selective pathway to the same GH release 🌙 GH-axis signaling is tied to the overnight pulse, and through it to recovery and sleep quality 💪 Body composition and healthy-aging research is where this pairing lives Why people reach for it Most of the peptide library arrives as a lyophilized powder that has to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before the first dose — a step that is straightforward but that stops plenty of people at the kitchen counter. This one skips it entirely. The other reason is the pairing itself: Tesamorelin alone is the specialist for visceral fat, and adding Ipamorelin brings in a second receptor without adding a second bottle.   Tesamorelin alone CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin This blend Form Powder — mix before first use Powder — mix before first use Pre-mixed solution Pathways GHRH GHRH + secretagogue GHRH + secretagogue Best known for Visceral fat Lean mass, recovery, sleep Visceral fat, with the second pathway added On the bottle A 5 mL bottle at 3 mg/mL tesamorelin and 2 mg/mL ipamorelin — 15 mg and 10 mg of finished solution respectively. Because it is already in solution it lives in the refrigerator from the day it arrives rather than sitting as a powder until mixed. Pharmacy-sourced and clinician-managed, same as everything in this library. Is it a fit? That is a conversation, not a checkout button. Growth-hormone peptides act on growth pathways, so anyone with a personal history of cancer should raise it with a provider first, and blood sugar is worth watching on the GH axis generally. This blend also sits next to a few close relatives — Tesamorelin on its own for a single-pathway start, CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin when recovery and lean mass are the goal rather than visceral fat, and Sermorelin as the gentler entry point to the same axis. Take the 60-second peptide quiz or message our team, and our providers can point the way. 🔬 For the science-minded Tesamorelin is a stabilized 44–amino acid GHRH analogue — the only GH-axis peptide of this class with an FDA approval, granted for HIV-associated lipodystrophy, where the registrational trials measured reductions in visceral adipose tissue by CT. It binds the GHRH receptor on the anterior pituitary and preserves pulsatile GH release rather than flattening it, which is the mechanistic argument for secretagogue approaches over exogenous growth hormone. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide agonist at the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). Its distinguishing feature in the literature is selectivity: unlike GHRP-6 and hexarelin it shows minimal effect on ACTH, cortisol, and prolactin at GH-releasing doses. Because the two compounds engage separate receptors that converge on the somatotroph, they are studied together for an additive rather than overlapping effect. The caveats that matter: raising GH raises IGF-1, and IGF-1 signaling is a growth pathway — which is the reason a personal history of cancer belongs in the conversation with a provider rather than in a footnote. GH also opposes insulin, so fasting glucose and A1c are reasonable things to keep an eye on. Fluid retention, joint aches, and injection-site reactions are the commonly reported effects in this class. Evidence for tesamorelin in populations outside the approved indication is considerably thinner than the approval itself suggests. Educational only — not medical advice. Peptides discussed here are research compounds; whether any is appropriate is a decision between a patient and their licensed provider.
