The most immediately approachable of Piuze's village-level offerings, it delivers vibrant notes of mandarin, delicate citrus and stone fruit alongside hints of white flowers, all underpinned by a stony, saline minerality that speaks unmistakably of Chablis. The palate is at once smooth and energetic — bright acidity and a racy, mouth-watering finish making it as versatile at the table as it is pleasurable on its own.
