Terrazzo Granitech Fine

Fine-Grain Microtopping with Refined Texture and Lasting Elegance Refined texture. Seamless sophistication. Designed to last. TERRAZZO GraniTech Fine is a seamless, trowel-applied architectural surface system created for projects where subtlety, precision, and long-term performance are essential. Defined by its fine-grain profile, this finish delivers a soft, velvety surface that feels smooth to the touch while maintaining the strength and resilience required for demanding environments. Elegant and understated, GraniTech Fine is ideal for spaces that call for calm, uniform surfaces with a refined architectural presence. Designed to Perform as a Material Unlike traditional microcement or surface-dependent decorative coatings, GraniTech Fine is engineered to behave as a material, not just a finish. Performance is built into the body of the system, allowing the surface to age evenly and maintain its appearance over time. This approach reduces the visual impact of everyday wear and helps preserve the finish’s refined character well beyond installation day. Smooth, Velvety Aesthetic with Creative Flexibility The fine-grain composition creates a continuous, jointless surface with a soft, tactile quality. Depending on application technique and sealer choice, the finish can appear perfectly uniform and minimalist or subtly expressive with gentle movement reminiscent of brushed or limewash-inspired effects. The versatility of GraniTech Fine allows designers to specify one cohesive material across any smooth and stable interior and exterior surface, including: Interior and exterior walls Interior and exterior floors Bathrooms and showers Feature surfaces Pool decks and pool interiors Countertops, furniture, and cabinetry This flexibility simplifies coordination while enabling expressive, custom results on every project. Waterproof, Crack-Resistant & Low Maintenance When installed as a complete system, GraniTech Fine delivers waterproof, low-maintenance finishes suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-humidity environments. Its formulation is designed to better accommodate normal movement, reducing the risk of cracking commonly associated with cement-based microcement systems. The result is a seamless surface that is easy to maintain, visually consistent, and reliable over time. Ideal for Renovation Without Demolition GraniTech Fine can be applied directly over existing substrates such as tile, drywall, wood, cement board, or concrete. This allows for seamless remodeling without demolition, unnecessary permits, or excessive disruption—saving time, reducing waste, and improving overall project efficiency. In many renovation scenarios, existing waterproofing can remain in place when deemed appropriate. Interior & Exterior Versatility GraniTech Fine is suitable for both interior and exterior applications and maintains its finish integrity in sun-exposed or weather-affected environments. Its adaptability allows designers to specify a consistent material language across multiple surfaces while maintaining confidence in performance. Important Application Notes Final Finish, Not a Waterproofing Membrane TERRAZZO GraniTech products are waterproof as a finish system; however, proper substrate waterproofing is still required where applicable. When applied over existing tile with approved waterproofing, no additional waterproofing needs to be redone. Surface Preparation Required Each coat is approximately 1 mm thick. Substrates must be smooth, stable, and level (e.g., Level 4 drywall or sound, crack-free concrete). Not Self-Leveling GraniTech Fine must be applied over properly prepared surfaces without height variations or uneven gaps. The Result A seamless, jointless architectural surface that feels calm and refined yet performs with confidence—designed for modern interiors where understated elegance and long-term durability go hand in hand. TERRAZZO GraniTech Fine is a seamless, non-cementitious architectural finish designed for walls, floors, bathrooms, and refined interior spaces—offering smooth texture, even aging, and lasting performance beyond traditional microcement.
