Terracotta Botanical Texture Wall Art -LX#0093

Frequently Asked Questions] 1. Is this a printed canvas or a real hand-painted painting? This is a 100% hand-painted original mixed-media painting on museum-grade canvas. Luna Xiao manually constructs the botanical layout and layers the thick textured petals one by one. It is NOT a digital poster, a giclée canvas print, or a flat mass-produced reproduction. 2. How prominent are the 3D floral textures in real life? The 3D texture is highly prominent and tactile. The terracotta flowers and select ivory leaf silhouettes physically protrude from the canvas by several millimeters. When warm interior spotlights or morning sunlight hit the artwork, it casts delicate, shifting shadows that give the botanical shapes a life-like, sculpted depth. 3. Does the painting arrive framed or unframed? We cater to your interior needs by providing both "Rolled Canvas (Unframed)" and "Ready to Hang (Framed)" alternatives. The thin, minimal wood/brass-finish floating frame shown in the interior mockups can be instantly included via the dropdown variants at checkout. 4. What is the custom production and drying time? Because Luna works with a heavy-body impasto relief medium, the thick layers require meticulous care to dry safely without losing flexibility. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your piece to be custom painted, textured, and thoroughly cured before we dispatch it. 5. How is this delicate artwork shipped to the US/Europe? We ship globally using world-class insured express couriers, FedEx or DHL Express. Each painting is heavily insulated with commercial shockproof wrapping, multi-layer corner guards, and rigid casing, arriving perfectly intact within 5-7 business days post-dispatch. 6. Can I request a custom size or modify the colors? Yes, we specialize in luxury custom sizing! If you have a grand double-height entryway wall or wish to swap the slate blue tones for a muted mustard yellow to fit your curtains, Luna can customize it. Please message our chat support before placing your order. 7. Will the heavy 3D flower petals crack or flake over time? Never. We utilize high-performance, museum-quality elastic acrylic pastes specifically formulated to bond permanently with heavy-duty canvas fibers. It will remain entirely stable, non-chipping, yellow-resistant, and vibrant for decades. 8. Does it include a signed Certificate of Authenticity? Yes. To ensure collectible value, each individual artwork is hand-signed by artist Luna Xiao on the back of the canvas and is delivered alongside an official, signed Certificate of Authenticity. 9. Are global shipping and return shipping entirely free? Yes! We offer Free Worldwide Shipping with no unexpected customs or delivery fees at checkout. We also stand firmly behind our art with a 30-day "Love it or Return it" money-back guarantee if the piece does not completely harmonize with your home. 10. How should I dust and clean this matte textured canvas? Because of the organic, raised surfaces, avoid all liquids, damp towels, or cleaning sprays. Maintenance is effortless: simply use a clean, dry, soft-bristled brush (like a feather duster or clean makeup brush) to gently sweep dust out of the floral valleys. • Style: Texture Art •Artist: Luna Xiao  •Orientation:Vertical •Colour:Multicolor
