Nolvis X1 Inspection Drone Package with Care Coverage

Japan-Made Indoor Inspection Drone With Structured Operational Support for High-Frequency Confined Space Programs The Nolvis X1 (formerly Terra Xross 1) is a GNSS-free indoor inspection drone developed and manufactured in Japan by Nolvis for the confined spaces, dark interiors, and dusty industrial environments where GPS is unavailable and stable flight depends entirely on onboard sensing. It maintains position through a combination of LiDAR and visual odometry sensors that estimate displacement from the surrounding physical geometry rather than tracking visual features, keeping the aircraft stable in conditions that defeat camera-only stabilization systems. A 4K camera with 180° vertical tilt and integrated LED illumination captures clear inspection footage at any angle, and real-time 3D LiDAR data streams to the operator's display for safe BVLOS navigation throughout the mission. This bundle pairs the complete Nolvis X1 system with the Nolvis X1 Care Package, an annual fixed-rate operational support plan that includes failure analysis, a repair discount program, a loaner unit for up to 20 days per year, and repair priority queue access. Key Features and Benefits GNSS-free stabilization: LiDAR and visual odometry maintain position in dark, dusty, cramped spaces. 4K 180° tilt camera: captures high-resolution footage at any angle with integrated LED illumination. Class 1 LiDAR: 200,000 points per second at 10 Hz for real-time 3D data and obstacle awareness. 70 m LiDAR range: 40 m at 10% reflectivity and 70 m at 80% reflectivity for varied surface detection. Loaner unit: one replacement aircraft per year for up to 20 days to maintain operational continuity. Failure analysis: flight log review with repair cost waived if the issue is a manufacturer defect. Repair discount: 15% off eligible repair costs up to $24,000 cumulative per contract year. Repair priority queue: Care customers receive prioritized handling over standard repair requests. Complete system in box: aircraft, controller, three batteries, tablet, charger, spare props, and accessories. Made in Japan: in-house developed and manufactured by Nolvis Corporation. For solutions partners and fleet operators building indoor inspection programs at scale, the Care Package addresses the operational risk that makes confined space drone deployment commercially unpredictable. Contact and collision with confined space structures are expected, not exceptional. When an aircraft goes down on an active inspection program, the cost extends beyond the repair bill: lost inspection revenue, compliance exposure, and the time and cost of arranging rope access or scaffolding as an interim method. The Care Package converts that unplanned exposure into a structured, fixed-cost response. The loaner unit ships within approximately three weeks of the incident report, repair priority queue access reduces turnaround time, and the failure analysis service determines responsibility before costs are assigned. The complete Nolvis X1 system ships in the box and the Care Package activates at purchase. For programs where operational continuity is a client commitment rather than a best-effort goal, this is the configuration that supports it. A Support Structure Built Around the Realities of Confined Space Operations For fleet integrators and solutions partners managing indoor inspection programs, the support structure behind the platform matters as much as the platform itself. A drone that goes down without a loaner and without priority repair access creates a gap in the inspection schedule that the program has to fill with scaffolding, rope access, or a delayed delivery. The Nolvis X1 Care Package is designed specifically for the operating conditions the Nolvis X1 encounters. The loaner unit provision, described by Nolvis as a rare practice in the industry, ships within approximately three weeks of the incident report and allows operations to resume on the loaner while the original aircraft is serviced. The failure analysis service evaluates the flight log before repair costs are assigned, and manufacturer defect repairs are waived entirely without counting toward the annual discount total. For programs managing multiple inspection sites or client contracts with defined delivery schedules, this level of built-in response capability is the difference between a manageable disruption and a costly one. Compatibility and System Integration Nolvis X1 Cloud: cloud-based platform for 3D point cloud and video data management and sharing. Included tablet: pre-connected tablet with holder, cover, and charging cable for controller interface. Controller: 536 g dedicated controller with cable for tablet connection; included in box. Three 5,200 mAh batteries: 18.5V LiPo, 1-hour charge time; all three included in box. Battery checker: included for pre-flight battery health verification. Spare propeller set: full four-piece spare set included for field maintenance. Applications and Use Cases Oil and gas plant inspection: stable GNSS-free flight in confined vessels, columns, and elevated structures. Tank and boiler inspection: 4K imagery and LiDAR mapping in enclosed, low-visibility industrial environments. Ship inspection: access confined hull spaces and cargo holds without personnel entry. Chimney inspection: vertical 180° camera tilt captures internal surfaces during ascent and descent. Underground mine mapping: real-time 3D LiDAR data supports excavation planning and structural assessment. High-frequency inspection programs: Care Package support structure suits operations with regular deployment cycles. Contract inspection services: loaner coverage and repair priority protect client commitments during equipment failures. The Nolvis X1 with Care Package is the right configuration for inspection programs that deploy regularly, operate in environments where contact and collision are realistic, and need a support structure that keeps operations running when equipment goes down. The drone delivers the indoor inspection capability. The Care Package delivers the operational confidence to commit to inspection schedules without factoring unplanned downtime into the risk model. Dronefly specializes in building complete UAV solutions for enterprise inspection programs, and the Nolvis X1 with Care Package is the configuration we recommend for operators who need both indoor inspection capability and the operational support structure to sustain it.
