This dubbing tool, with its "shepherd's hook," makes loop dubbing easy. To use: (1) Make a 3-4" open loop extending below the hook shank. (2) Place the hook of the tool onto the thread loop. (3) Apply loose dubbing inside the loop. (4) Spin the tool to lock in the dubbing. (5) Wrap the loop forward with the tool as you would a chenille rope.
