Tern Transporteur Front Rack

Front-Mounted Cargo Platform for Everyday Hauling The Tern Transporteur Front Rack turns the space in front of your handlebars into a stable cargo platform that steers and handles predictably, even when it is fully loaded. Because it mounts to the frame via Tern’s Combo Mount instead of the fork, the rack stays put while the wheel turns, so heavy loads feel calmer and more controlled at low speeds. Sized around a standard 300 × 400 mm Eurocrate or beer crate, it is just as happy carrying a cooler, pet carrier, or a wooden box you already own. With a 20 kg load rating and two rear-facing bottle mounts, it takes on grocery runs, school bags, and work gear without needing extra straps or a front basket. Carry More, Ride Better Frame-mounted front rack keeps steering light and stable by isolating cargo weight from the fork. Designed around 300 × 400 mm Eurocrates, standard 20-beer crates, coolers, pet carriers, and similar boxes. Robust 20 kg (44 lb) load capacity for real-world errands and touring setups. Includes two rear-facing bottle cage mounts for water bottles, folding locks, or tool pods. Low platform height makes loading easy and keeps weight low for better handling. Aluminum rack with steel base plate for a balance of durability and reasonable weight. Ships with mounting hardware and installs on Tern’s Combo Mount for a secure, rattle-free fit. Works well with Tern soft bags and crates, or with your own box strapped down using bungees or webbing.
