After you download the app, you can explore the menu to adjust your settings, search through FAQs and control your connected smart base from the app. After a couple nights of sleep while using the app, you will be able to access your daily sleep report. This will show an analysis breaking down certain factors as recorded from your previous night’s sleep by Awake time, REM Sleep, Light Sleep, Deep Sleep, Heart Rate, Snoring and Breath Rate. Within your daily sleep report, you can place your finger on any of the data points for a more detailed look at your results (i.e. snoring was detected from 2:27AM-2:41AM). Your daily sleep report will provide you with a sleep score rating how you slept the previous night. Your daily sleep report will show you what percentage of your sleep goal was achieved. The Tempur-Pedic Sleeptracker App provides daily insights and tips based on your previous night’s sleep? For example:  Going to bed before a certain time can result in more REM sleep than going to sleep later than that time. Waking up at the same time every day (including weekends and days off) can help you sleep better at night. You can set your preferred bedtime and preferred time to wake up each day so the app alerts you when it’s time for bed, as well as when it’s time to wake up. Sleeping in a room that’s too hot, too cold, or too humid may impact your quality of sleep. The app will show you what we have identified as the ideal room temperature for most users.  Waking up once or twice in the middle of the night can lower your sleep score. The app will provide suggestions to help keep this from happening. Getting more minutes of deep sleep can lead to you being more rested and alert the next day. The app will show you the percentage of deep sleep you’re getting each and every night. Within your sleep report you’re provided a monthly view of all of your sleep scores. Green represents high scores while blue represents low scores. SleepTracker takes full advantage of sensors to track your heart rate, breathing, sleep cycles and snoring, so that, now, you can get better advice and unique-to-you insights whenever you want them. The monitor detects sleep environment factors such as Air Purity, Carbon Dioxide, Humidity and Temperature near the bed. Using simple voice commands, you can adjust the position of your base. Want to sit up for a bit and watch the late shows? You simply adjust your smart bed to PerfectSeat with a command, the same way you would tell Alexa or Google Assistant to turn on the smart TV.
