The company touted a number of trunk lines being built across the country, but actual results were much more spotty. As time went by, the company, and its President H. Lee Sellers, came under scrutiny for multiple incorporations over 9 states - Maine (two separate entities), New Jersey, Massachusetts, South Dakota, New York, Delaware, Missouri and Illinois - which diluted the company's stock offering from the stated $18,000,000 capital to over $33,000,000.
