Model: DI-1000 Dimensions: 12.20in x 12.20in x 18.03in SKU: TKG#XX30CF21A UPC: 802837700633 Drop-In Chiller for aquariums, hydroponic systems, and water applications requiring flexible installation The NEW TECO DI-1000 Drop-In Chiller introduces a revolutionary approach to water cooling by eliminating the need for plumbing modifications or inline installation. Utilizing a corrosion-resistant titanium heat exchanger coil that is placed directly into the water, the DI-1000 provides efficient and reliable temperature control while offering unmatched installation flexibility. Designed for aquariums, hydroponics, aquaculture systems, temporary installations, and retrofit applications, the DI-1000 is ideal for users seeking a simple plug-and-play cooling solution. The compact design allows the chiller to be installed without disrupting existing filtration or circulation systems, making it one of the easiest cooling solutions available today. Powered by TECO's advanced refrigeration technology and environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, the DI-1000 delivers exceptional cooling performance while reducing energy consumption and environmental impact. R290 BENEFITS Reduces energy consumption by 30% to 50% Replaces traditional ozone-damaging refrigerants Scores 3 out of 150 on the Global Warming Potential (GWP) scale Environmentally responsible cooling technology DROP-IN TITANIUM HEAT EXCHANGER The high-efficiency titanium coil is designed to be submerged directly into the water, providing excellent heat transfer and maximum corrosion resistance in both freshwater and saltwater applications. EXTERNAL TEMPERATURE PROBE Unlike traditional chillers that monitor temperature internally, the DI Series features an external temperature probe that continuously measures the actual water temperature within the aquarium, sump, or reservoir. This allows for more accurate temperature monitoring and improved cooling control, helping maintain a stable environment for aquatic life and sensitive growing systems. NO PLUMBING REQUIRED Unlike traditional inline chillers, the DI-1000 requires no plumbing modifications, fittings, or dedicated water connections. Simply position the titanium coil in the sump or reservoir and begin cooling. FLEXIBLE INSTALLATION Perfect for existing aquariums, hydroponic reservoirs, aquaculture systems, temporary setups, and emergency cooling applications. The drop-in design allows for fast installation and easy relocation when needed. DIGITAL TEMPERATURE CONTROL Intuitive electronic thermostat provides precise temperature management with accurate monitoring and dependable operation. Displays in °F or °C for user convenience. DURABLE TECO CONSTRUCTION Built with the same premium quality and reliability that has made TECO chillers the preferred choice of aquarium professionals worldwide. Corrosion-resistant materials and high-quality components ensure years of dependable performance.
