Technique Plates

Technique Training Weight Plates - Standard Bumper Plate Size Designed to prioritize proper form over weight, our plastic technique training plates allow you to perfect your weightlifting movements without the strain of heavy loads. With a standard bumper plate diameter, these plates ensure consistent practice, helping you focus on technique while maintaining the feel of traditional weights.  Ideal for both beginners refining their skills and experienced lifters looking to sharpen their form on deadlifts, Olympic lifts, cleans, snatches, squats, and more. Features and Benefits: PERFECT YOUR FORM: Train a variety of weightlifting movements without the strain of heavy weights. With an official full-size bumper plate diameter, these plates are designed to raise the barbell to a standard height above the ground. This ensures the same consistent setup, stance, and movement as with heavier loads. Practice confidently and reduce risk of injury while building a strong foundation in lifting. HIGH QUALITY CONSTRUCTION: Made with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic, these training plates are built to last. Grooved edges provide a secure and easy grip, making them convenient to handle during setup and transitions. EASY IDENTIFICATION: Each plate is color-coded for simple weight distinction. Bold lettering indicates the weight of each plate in both kilograms (KG) and pounds (LBS). INCREMENTAL WEIGHT: Our technique plates are available in two weight options, making them perfect for gradual weight increases during form training or injury rehabilitation. This allows for controlled progress, helping you refine technique and build strength safely. DISCLAIMER: Technique Plates are not meant to be dropped. Dropping from any height could cause damage to the training plates.
