Technique Plates - 5 Lbs (Pair)

Set a strong foundation for strength with Technique Bumper Plates. These weight plates are the same size as their heavier big brothers, so your barbell height stays consistent whether you're warming up or learning the snatch (good luck). Your form stays flawless, and you stay injury-free—unless you trip over your own feet, but we can't help with that. Technique plates are perfect for beginners who are learning the ropes—or the bars. No more trying to guestimate your starting position with an empty bar or tiny 5lb plates. With a durable steel core and virgin rubber coating, these light weights are no lightweights... well, you know what we mean. The beautiful design not only looks fantastic in your home gym but also makes it easy to load your barbell and store your technique plates out of the way. They're not heavy or "just awkward," so you really have no excuses here.
