Ethically Sourced. Approximately 2-inch drop length Fair Trade, Socially Responsible.  Maasai women artisans are most known for their intricate beadwork, but their jewelry crafting extends to other designs and materials.  Women of the village learn the artform from their mothers, who learned from their mothers.  Some of the earring designs feature a glass Maasai bead as a delicate accent; each bead color has a deeper meaning for the tribe such as black representing the people and the struggles they endure or green symbolizing health and land.
