Key Benefits Assists in restoring youthful skin Aids in decreasing fine lines, wrinkles, and dark spots Helps to tighten and brighten Helps to improve suppleness and softness Vegan + cruelty-free Gluten-Free Super Star Ingredients Mandelic Acid Mandelic acid is a chemical exfoliant, meaning it can help remove layers of debris through a reaction with the skin (rather than exfoliating via abrasive scrubs). By dissolving skin cells, mandelic acid is known to help increase cell turnover, reducing the appearance of skin damage or blemishes. Exfoliated skin is bright skin and mandelic acid goes a step further, assisting in strengthening the skin so it stays bright with continued use. The acid works itself deep into pores, penetrating deeper than other acids often used on blemish-prone skin. Increased cell turnover and exfoliating properties mean the acid can help reduce the look of dark marks and sun damage. Niacinamide Niacinamide is known to help promote keratin, a type of protein that keeps your skin firm and healthy. Niacinamide can help your skin improve the production of ceramide (lipid) barrier, which can, in turn, help retain moisture. This is beneficial for all skin types, including mature skin. Keeping skin smooth and moisturized may have a secondary benefit — a natural reduction in the appearance of pore size over time. The benefits of moisture retention aren’t just for those with dry skin types. Niacinamide can also help regulate the amount of oil the sebaceous glands produce and help prevent your glands from going into overdrive. Resveratrol Resveratrol can assist in protecting the skin's surface, interrupts and helps rebuff negative environmental influences, and brightens the appearance of a tired-looking complexion. It also has significant skin-calming properties that may help minimize the look of redness.
