2025 Tatula 200

Introducing the next evolution in heavy duty application baitcasting reels, the new Tatula 200. Built to handle big and heavy baits while providing comfort and confidence, anglers will want to find this reel in-hand when sending out glidebaits, swimbaits, A-rigs, frogs, rats, and many other oversize lures.  Packed with innovative new features including Daiwa's HYPERDRIVE system, The Tatula 200 sports a new Hyper Armed Housing for rock-solid rigidity that allows anglers to easily crank the handle under pressure without flex or internal gear binding. New HYPERDRIVE gearing will give anglers smoother and longer lasting performance thanks to a redesign to gear teeth which are stronger and provide more contact area to spread pressure more evenly across the gear teeth. When it comes to casting, The T-wing line guide continues to provide freedom from friction while the new Hyper Tough Clutch ensures crisp engagement and disengagement of the free spool cast after cast. The new Tatula 200 also unveils Daiwa's LC-Concept, or Long-Cast Concept. A deep capacity spool outfitted with an LC Concept inductor and Magforce breaking system within palm side-plate enables anglers to achieve not only more distance with larger lures but also prevents backlashes when properly tuned.  Model Gear Ratio Line Capacity Weight Tatula 200P 5.3:1 16/185 7.9 oz Tatula 200/200L 6.3:1 16/185 7.9 oz Tatula 200H/200HL 7.3:1 16/185 7.9 oz Tatula 200XH/200XHL 8.4:1 16/185 7.9 oz
