Taste Master's Olive Oil & Vinegar Pack

“As part of my role at Sciabica's, I provide sensory analysis* on every product we offer. When we introduce a new vinegar, I pair it with every olive oil, and I’ve never encountered a combination as delightful as our Sweet Lambrusco Vinegar and Lemon Olive Oil. I’ve affectionately nicknamed the combo ‘Pink Lemonade Vinaigrette.’”  - Craig Hillliker (Sciabica's Master Sensory Analyst) We named this the Taste Master’s Pack in honor of Craig Hilliker, our esteemed Master Sensory Analyst who underwent rigorous training at the prestigious Robert Mondavi Institute at UC Davis–earning certification that qualifies him to evaluate olive oils for quality. His expertise helps ensure that every Sciabica olive oil meets the highest standards. It’s also why we affectionately call him The Taste Master. *Sensory analysis is the scientific discipline that evaluates and measures how people perceive the qualities of a product using their senses—sight, smell, taste, and texture. Performed by highly specialized people, it's often used in food and beverages to assess the overall quality of a product.
