Taski Kaizen Rolling Knife Sharpener

Taski’s Kaizen Rolling Knife Sharpener utilizes high grade diamond abrasives and strong magnets that bring precision and ease to knife maintenance. The magnetic holder is equipped with two angled sides, for use with Japanese and Western knives, and secures your knife in place. The diamond disc is rolled across the knife’s edge, sharpening and refining as it goes. The two sided disc is equipped with two grades of abrasive, a coarser #400 restores the integrity of the blade, while the ultra-fine #1000 grade further refines and gives the blade a superior level of sharpness.   The Taski Kaizen Rolling Knife Sharpener can be used with Taski’s Premium knives, or with any other high quality knives.   About: Taski  Taski is located in Seki, Gifu Prefecture.
