Unframed Tapestry

Dear Friends, Thank you for the ministry of Threads of Blessing. It has been a blessing in my life. I want to thank God for giving me this opportunity to be a member of this group. The money I earn always comes when I am in pain. It helps me stay with the children and to pay for their school fees. Harriet lives in the Diocese of Nebbi.  She meets regularly with her fellow needleworkers, who support and learn from one another.  She belongs to the Threads of Blessing stitching group Secretariat, which is one of 29 groups located across several Ugandan dioceses.  The groups include over 900 women artists who make up the Threads of Blessing family.   Each woman designs and hand-stitches her piece, creating a one-of-a-kind work of art that reflects her culture, daily life, and the landscape in which she lives.
