Tapered Dynamic Tubes

Lightweight, stiff and reliable, Dynamic tubes feature a tapered design to reduce weight and enhance performance. Used in our highest performance designs, tapers allow us to position the stiffest part of the frame in high stress areas like the lower spreaders at the center T while minimizing weight in the spreader ends and wingtips for quick, snappy response.  Compared to Sky Shark tapered tubes, Dynamic tubes have a shallower taper which makes them slightly stiffer with similar weight. Tapered tubes have different inner and outer diameters at each end. Consult the chart below for the measurements that correspond to each model number. When cutting is required, these tubes are typically trimmed from the smaller end.
