Tap & Drill Set – 12 Piece Premium Spiral Point Tap Set

Built for professional fabrication, maintenance, and repair work, the Super Sonic™ 12-Piece Tap & Drill Set combines premium Hi-Molybdenum drill bits with high-performance spiral point machine taps in the six most commonly used thread sizes. Designed to eliminate the guesswork of matching drills to taps, this complete set includes the correct tap drill size for every included thread. The spiral point taps efficiently push chips forward in through-hole applications, producing cleaner threads, reducing chip packing, and improving productivity compared to traditional hand taps. The included Super Sonic™ Type 80 Hi-Molybdenum drill bits feature precision-ground cutting edges and 135° split points for fast starting, reduced walking, and excellent performance in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other machinable materials. Ideal for machine shops, fabrication facilities, maintenance departments, automotive repair, agricultural equipment service, and general metalworking applications.
