Dok Anchan

This dok anchan (blue butterfly pea flower) is from Northern Thailand. It is absolutely caffeine-free. It is known for the deep blue color of the liquor, evolving into vibrant purple color when adding lime or lemon juice - evoking the blue-purple shades of tanzanite crystal. It can also be used as natural food coloring or natural dye. This beautiful dok anchan is 100% organically grown and soulfully harvested.  It offers light floral aroma with earthy and woody flavors. Essence : Yin (Water, Wood)   Brewing guide : Tea Pot · 3g tea · 250 ml boiling water  Steep for 5 minutes, gently stirring tea in water to release the color. Enjoy hot, or cold brew. *Adding lime or lemon juice will change the color, from deep blue to vibrant purple. Quantity of tea per bag : 50g
