Talking to Spirits

Talking to Spirits A Modern Medium's Practical Advice for Spirit Communication By Sterling Moon Spirit communication doesn't have to be mysterious or reserved for professional mediums. In Talking to Spirits, Sterling Moon draws on decades of personal experience to offer a practical approach to developing your own spirit communication practice while emphasizing safety, ethics, and discernment. The book explores a wide range of spirits and entities, including ancestors, deities, shadow people, and elementals. Moon explains how to identify different types of spirits, establish communication, and determine how—or if—you want to interact with them. Readers are introduced to several methods and tools for spirit communication, including scrying mirrors and ghost boxes, along with techniques for dealing with haunted people, places, and objects. Protection and working safely around potentially negative entities are also addressed as part of developing a responsible practice. Each chapter includes journal prompts to help readers reflect on their experiences and gradually develop their skills. Throughout the book, Moon pairs practical instruction with stories gathered during her years of mediumship, giving readers examples of what spirit communication can look like outside of theory.
