Take Heart Charm

“I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33 To take heart isn’t to ignore the trouble and tribulation happening all around us, but to trust the One who is in control. Jesus assured us that we would face trials, but more importantly, He instructed us to take heart because He has overcome the world. He has defeated death and the darkness. Our peace is in this promise.  It might not always seem like He has overcome, but this is where our faith comes in. Take heart today, victory is yours in Jesus.
