Taiwan Nightfall | Oolong Tea

Available online only. This one is dark with no ambient light, but remarkably easy to drink. The heavy roasting turns this jade oolong into a deep, snug, and toasty sweet cup. Harvested and produced August 28, 2023 by Mr. Gao Jinshijie in Renai Township, Nantou County, Taiwan. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the Cui Ya cultivar growing at approximately 4,900 feet. The roasting process (both machine and charcoal roast) was finished September 7, 2023. Ingredients: oolong tea Steeping Instructions 4 grams | 10-12 oz water | 212°F | Steep 3 min.  Traditional Steeping: Use 8 grams of tea and steep with boiling water in a 150ml gaiwan. 10 second rinse 1st steep – 20 seconds 2nd steep – 15 seconds 3rd steep – 15 seconds 4th steep – 20 seconds 5th steep – 3 min Number of Cups 2 oz makes 19 cups, 4 oz makes 38 cups
