Tacoma - House Plan

This stunning modern 4 bedroom home is the perfect fit for any family. With tons of curb appeal from every angle, we've shown this home with a combination of stucco and board & batten siding but it can look great with a variety of different exterior finishes which offers great versatility. Stepping inside the main foyer, you have immediate access to two private rooms facing the front of the house house. These rooms are perfect to use as home office space, gym space or really any need you have. Past the foyer sits the grand lofted living room with a towering fireplace, built-in bookshelves and views out to the back patio. To the right, the bookshelves help isolate the primary bed suite from noise. This suite has it all - 12ft ceilings with timber beams over the bedroom, his/her closets, a glorious morning room with towering windows, coffee bar and built-in window seat and a luxurious but private en-suite bathroom. On the opposite side of the floor, the open kitchen and dining space will grab your attention. A modest but stunning kitchen with oversized sit-in island faces the dining nook with the same towering windows from the morning room. Beyond, the back hall offers direct access to a huge walk-in pantry, laundry room and the mud room (with built-in cubbies) that connects your 3 car garage.  Finally, stepping upstairs, 3 comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms overlook the living room and kitchen below. An open space on the left is perfect for watching tv or reading. Above the garage, with direct stair access from the mud room is a bonus room. This could make a perfect ADU which could be configured with separate access from the main house (ask us). It could also make a great office space, workshop or fitness studio.
