Table Mover – 1,600 Lb Capacity – Multiple Widths and Caster Options Available

Overview Setting up and tearing down round folding tables for events, banquets, and assemblies is one of the most labor-intensive tasks in any facility. Stacking tables by hand risks back injuries, floor damage, and broken hardware. This table mover eliminates those problems by providing a heavy duty rolling platform with removable uprights that hold multiple round folding tables upright and secure during transport. One or two workers can load, move, and store an entire set of tables in a fraction of the time it takes to carry them individually. Rated at up to 1,600 lbs, this office moving equipment is available in three platform widths — Narrow (24″ x 48″), Standard (32¾” x 48″), and Extra Wide (36″ x 48″) — with 5″, 6″, or 8″ caster options to match your flooring and environment. Every unit is built from robotically welded 14- and 16-gauge tubular steel, coated in non-mar skid-resistant vinyl, and manufactured by Raymond Products in Minneapolis, Minnesota with a lifetime warranty. Features and Benefits The platform frame is constructed from robotically welded 14- and 16-gauge tubular steel, creating a rigid base that supports heavy stacks of round folding tables without flexing. Two removable uprights — made from 1″ x 14-gauge welded tubular steel and extending 40″ above the platform — keep tables standing upright and prevent them from shifting or falling during transport. When not in use, the uprights can be removed for compact storage. The entire platform and upright assembly is coated with Raymond’s non-mar, skid-resistant red vinyl. This finish grips the table edges to prevent slipping, cushions them against scratches, and protects finished flooring from scuff marks during rolling. All models come equipped with brakes for secure positioning during loading and unloading. Three caster size options let you match the table mover to your facility’s flooring conditions. The 5″ phenolic casters are the standard choice for smooth indoor surfaces like tile, hardwood, and polished concrete. The 6″ phenolic casters provide additional ground clearance for facilities with minor surface irregularities or transition strips. The 8″ air-free rubber casters are designed for outdoor use on patios, decks, pavers, and cobblestones — the extra-wide model also features a step assist for easy loading. Available Configurations Narrow (24″ x 48″) – Models 3771 / 3773 — Designed to fit through 36″ doorways and tight corridors. Load area: 22″ x 46″. Capacity: 1,600 lbs. Available with 5″ phenolic casters in fixed/swivel or all-swivel configurations. Shipping weight: 92–95 lbs. Standard (32¾” x 48″) – Models 3701 / 3702 / 3708 / 3709 — The most popular width for general-purpose use. Load area: 30″ x 48″. Capacity: 1,600 lbs. Available with 5″ or 6″ phenolic casters in fixed/swivel or all-swivel configurations. Shipping weight: 94–102 lbs. Extra Wide (36″ x 48″) – Models 3751 / 3753 — Built for outdoor use with 8″ air-free rubber casters and a step assist feature for easy loading. Load area: 34″ x 46″. Capacity: 1,000 lbs. Note: this width will not fit through standard door openings. Available in fixed/swivel or all-swivel. Shipping weight: 110–113 lbs. All configurations include two removable uprights, non-mar vinyl coating, and brakes. Models ending in an odd number (3771, 3701, 3751) use a fixed/swivel caster arrangement, while models ending in 3, 8, or 9 (3773, 3708, 3709, 3753) use all-swivel casters for maximum maneuverability. All models must ship by truck. Applications Churches, convention centers, and banquet halls are the primary users of this table mover. Event setup and teardown crews load round folding tables onto the platform, roll them between storage rooms and event spaces, and position them for the next function — all without carrying individual tables through hallways, around corners, or up ramps. The ability to move multiple tables per trip dramatically reduces setup time and physical strain on staff. Schools and universities use this office moving equipment to reconfigure cafeterias, gymnasiums, and multipurpose rooms for assemblies, testing, and community events. Hotels rely on the standard and narrow widths for moving banquet tables through service corridors and freight elevators. Government buildings and community centers with regular public events benefit from the durability and capacity that supports years of repeated use. The extra-wide model with 8″ air-free casters extends the same functionality to outdoor venues — patios, pavilions, courtyards, and garden event spaces where indoor-only casters would struggle on uneven surfaces. Selection Assistance Start by measuring your narrowest doorway and hallway along the transport route. If you need to pass through standard 36″ door openings, the Narrow model (24″ x 48″) is the right fit. For facilities with wider corridors and double doors, the Standard model (32¾” x 48″) offers a larger load area and is the most popular choice for indoor banquet operations. For outdoor venues where the table mover will not need to pass through standard doorways, the Extra Wide model (36″ x 48″) with 8″ air-free casters provides the best rolling performance on rough surfaces. Choose the all-swivel caster option if your transport route involves tight turns, narrow corridors, or frequent directional changes. The fixed/swivel configuration provides better straight-line tracking for longer runs between storage and event spaces. If your building has carpet or uneven transitions, step up to the 6″ phenolic casters for improved ground clearance. Not sure which configuration fits your facility?
