T1 Huracan/R8 Alignment Shim Kit

The T1 Huracan/R8 Alignment Shim Kit is a precision-machined rear suspension spacer system designed to correct factory alignment issues on the Audi R8 and Lamborghini Huracán. Lowering these platforms often results in excessive rear camber and compromised toe settings, which can lead to poor tire wear, reduced traction, and unstable handling—especially under power. These alignment shims install between the factory frame and suspension arm bracket, spacing the upper control arm outward and restoring a more ideal geometry. It’s especially useful for drag and road course builds that demand consistent tire contact, predictable behavior under load, and improved straight-line tracking. Each shim is CNC-machined from high-grade stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance, and is engineered for precise, bolt-on fitment. These are a must-have for any lowered or aggressively aligned V10 build. Key Features of T1 Huracan Corrects rear toe and camber on R8 and Huracán platforms Essential for lowered vehicles and wide tire setups Maintains predictable handling and traction under load Bolt-on install with no fabrication required Used in T1’s own in-house drag race applications Kit Includes 4 .25° Shims 4 .50° Shims 4 1.00° Shims If more adjustment is needed, 1.30° shims can be purchased separately here Base Specifications of R8 Alignment Shim Compatibility: Audi R8 (Gen 2), Lamborghini Huracán (AWD/RWD) Fitment Location: Upper control arm bracket Application: Street, drag, and track builds Installation: Bolt-on with existing hardware (torque to spec) Installation Notes of R8 Alignment Shim Installation can be done by loosening the stock control arm fasteners and placing between the arm and chassis. Torque fasteners to OEM specifications. Realignment is required after installation for best results. Frequently Asked Questions About the Alignment Shims What does the T1 alignment shim correct? It corrects excessive rear camber and toe, especially on lowered R8 and Huracán platforms, to improve tire wear and handling. Is this only for drag racing use? No. It’s suitable for any lowered vehicle, including street and track builds. Does installation require cutting or fabrication? No cutting or modification is needed. This is a bolt-on part that uses existing OEM hardware. Will I need an alignment after installation? Yes. An alignment is strongly recommended to take advantage of the corrected geometry and avoid uneven tire wear. { “@context”: “https://schema.org”, “@type”: “FAQPage”, “mainEntity”: [ { “@type”: “Question”, “name”: “What does the T1 alignment shim correct?”, “acceptedAnswer”: { “@type”: “Answer”, “text”: “It corrects excessive rear camber and toe, especially on lowered R8 and Huracán platforms, to improve tire wear and handling.” } }, { “@type”: “Question”, “name”: “Is this only for drag racing use?”, “acceptedAnswer”: { “@type”: “Answer”, “text”: “No. It’s suitable for any lowered vehicle, including street and track builds.” } }, { “@type”: “Question”, “name”: “Does installation require cutting or fabrication?”, “acceptedAnswer”: { “@type”: “Answer”, “text”: “No cutting or modification is needed.
