AEV Splash Guards for 2020+ GMC Sierra HD

Heavy-Duty Protection. Engineered for Oversized Tires. AEV Splash Guards provide durable, trail-ready coverage for 2020+ GMC Sierra HD trucks, with fitment optimized for the Sierra AT4X HD. Unlike conventional splash guards that can crowd the wheel opening, AEV Splash Guards are purposefully positioned outside of the wheel well to maintain clearance for oversized tires. The result is additional protection from mud, gravel, snow, and road debris without compromising the tire clearance expected from an off-road-focused HD truck. Built around a 1/2-inch-thick compression-molded rubber guard and supported by 3mm steel mounting brackets, these splash guards combine the flexibility needed for trail use with a secure, durable mounting system. Whether you're protecting the side of your Sierra HD from debris, adding coverage for larger tires, or addressing splash-guard requirements in your state, AEV Splash Guards provide a solution engineered to work as part of the complete AEV Sierra HD system. Built to Flex Off-Road Rigid splash guards can become a liability when the trail gets tight. AEV uses heavy-duty compression-molded rubber that's flexible enough to move when it encounters rocks, brush, or other obstacles. Rather than acting as a rigid extension of the body, the guard can deflect under contact while continuing to provide substantial tire coverage during normal driving. The rubber guards attach to 3mm steel brackets mounted securely to the truck, creating a robust structure designed for the demands of full-size HD applications. The steel brackets are both zinc coated and E-coated for corrosion resistance, helping protect the mounting system against the conditions Sierra HD trucks are built to encounter. More Coverage Where It Matters Larger and wider tires can throw significantly more debris onto the body of the truck. AEV Splash Guards extend coverage behind the tires to help reduce the amount of mud, stones, slush, and road debris directed toward the rocker panels, bedside, trailer, and surrounding traffic. For owners in states or jurisdictions that require splash guards or additional tire coverage, they can also help provide the coverage needed when running larger tires. Requirements vary by location, so vehicle owners should always confirm applicable local regulations. Engineered to Clear Tires Up to 37 Inches Protection shouldn't come at the expense of tire clearance. AEV engineered these splash guards to sit outside of the wheel well, leaving more usable space around the tire than a conventional in-wheel-well design. The system has been validated for tires up to 37 inches, making it particularly well suited to lifted and AEV-equipped Sierra HD trucks. This approach provides meaningful debris protection while preserving the capability, clearance, and stance that larger tires provide. Part of the Complete AEV Sierra HD System AEV doesn't approach individual components in isolation. These Splash Guards are designed to complement AEV's broader range of parts and accessories for the GMC Sierra HD, including wheels, suspension, bumpers, underbody protection, and other vehicle-specific upgrades. Their proportions, mounting strategy, tire clearance, and overall appearance are intended to integrate naturally with an AEV-equipped Sierra HD rather than look like a universal accessory added after the fact. The rear splash guards also feature an AEV logo formed directly into the rubber, providing subtle integration with the rest of the vehicle. An optional reflector is available for the rear guards.
