Syngonium Podophyllum 'Confetti' Pink Dots Care Watering Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy. Allow the top inch of soil to dry out before watering again. Ensure proper drainage to prevent root rot. During the growing season (spring and summer), increase watering frequency, and reduce it slightly in the dormant season (fall and winter). Light Provide bright, indirect light for Syngonium Podophyllum 'Confetti'. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the delicate leaves. A spot near a window with filtered light or a few feet away from a bright window is ideal. Temperature Keep the plant in a temperature range of 60-75°F (15-24°C). Protect it from sudden temperature drops and cold drafts, as it prefers consistent warmth. Soil Mix Use a well-draining potting mix that retains some moisture. A mix of peat moss, perlite, and potting soil works well. Make sure the pot has drainage holes to prevent waterlogging. Humidity Syngonium Podophyllum 'Confetti' appreciates higher humidity levels. You can increase humidity by misting the plant regularly, using a humidity tray, or placing a humidifier nearby. Fertilizer During the growing season (spring and summer), feed the plant with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength every 4-6 weeks. Avoid fertilizing in the dormant season. Over-fertilization can lead to leaf burn, so it's better to under-fertilize than over-fertilize. Pruning Prune the plant to encourage bushier growth and remove any leggy or yellowing stems. Pinch off the growing tips to encourage branching. Propagation Syngonium Podophyllum 'Confetti' can be propagated through stem cuttings in water or soil. Wait for the cuttings to develop roots before transplanting them into their own pots.
