Symphony Spinning Wheel

Classic Saxony Style, Made for Modern SpinnersThe Kromski Symphony Spinning Wheel brings the graceful silhouette of a traditional Saxony wheel into today’s spinning room. Its sweeping, sloped bench, finely turned details, and generous 24-inch drive wheel give it a commanding presence, while its 15-pound weight makes it surprisingly manageable to move. With a comfortable 27-inch orifice height and smooth double-treadle action, the Symphony is designed for relaxed, balanced spinning. Use it in single-drive mode with Scotch tension or switch to double drive as your technique and fiber call for it. Four included ratios, from 8:1 through 20:1, give you the range to explore everything from leisurely spinning to finer, faster yarns. Picture the Symphony beside your favorite chair, its large wheel turning steadily as fiber becomes yarn. It offers the storybook beauty many spinners imagine when they think of a spinning wheel, paired with the practical control needed for everyday creative work. Alder has a warm color range, from light tan to reddish brown, and a smooth, even texture. Because wood is a natural material, grain, darker areas, and reddish-brown flecks will vary from wheel to wheel. These variations are part of the wood’s character, not defects, and make each Symphony unique.
