SWYFT Slides V2

The Ultimate Linear Motion System for FTC Robotics Unleash unparalleled performance and precision with SWYFT Slides V2 from SWYFT Robotics. Engineered from the ground up for the demanding world of FTC, these next-generation linear slides deliver industry-leading strength, reliability, and adaptability, empowering your robot to dominate the competition. SWYFT Slides V2 builds upon the success of V1, incorporating significant advancements for maximum load capacity, enhanced durability, and expanded compatibility. Individual Components Key Features & Innovations: Unrivaled Strength & Durability: NEW 10mm Steel Core Belt: Experience an unprecedented 300% increase in strength compared to V1's 6mm fiberglass belt. This heavy-duty steel core belt ensures maximum load capacity and consistent performance under extreme conditions. All Aluminum Plates: Robust, precision-machined aluminum plates contribute to the system's overall strength and longevity. Enhanced Belt Clamp: A new, stronger, and easier-to-use belt clamp features four clamping screws with integrated threads for secure and reliable belt tensioning. Zero-Slip Precision Drive System: NEW Driven Pulley Design: Our innovative driven pulley now boasts four bearings and two pulleys, reducing belt slip and preventing the belt from dislodging, even under high stress. NEW Triangle Pattern Driving Pulley: The driving pulley features a new triangle pattern with dedicated mounting holes, ensuring that set screws are no longer the primary load-bearing point during rotation, leading to greater reliability. Optimized for Integration & Versatility: NEW Lightweight Mounting Extrusion: A redesigned 10mm x 20mm lightened mounting extrusion reduces overall assembly weight and provides unparalleled mounting flexibility. With M3 slots on every face, integration with SWYFT, goBILDA, REV, or AndyMark structure is seamless. Broad Motor Compatibility: Fully compatible with the all-new SWYFT Spike motors, goBILDA 5203/5204 motors, and REV UltraPlanetary motors, giving you more power train options. (Motor not included) Easy Limit Switch Integration: Designed for seamless mounting of SWYFT Sense Magnetic Limit Switches (sold separately) for precise zeroing and robust control. Ultra-Smooth & Lightweight Operation: Precision-Engineered Aluminum: Crafted from lightweight aluminum for seamless, low-friction motion. Rock-Solid Stability: Proprietary stabilizing plates effectively reduce slide wobble, ensuring smooth and precise movements even under load.
