POLYWOOD Braxton 5-Piece Swivel Patio Conversation Set with Fire Pit - Outdoor Furniture Set

Some outdoor furniture looks good on delivery day and starts aging out by summer two. The POLYWOOD Braxton 5-Piece Swivel Set was engineered for the opposite — genuine POLYWOOD® recycled polymer lumber that holds its color, its finish, and its structural integrity through years of guest use, UV exposure, salt air, and every weather event in between. The centerpiece is a Nautical 42" Fire Pit Table with a hidden propane tank, push-button ignition, and up to 60,000 BTUs of clean, smokeless flame. No visible tank. No clutter. Just a warm glowing focal point that photographs beautifully and sets the tone the moment guests step outside. Four Braxton Deep Seating Swivel Chairs complete the picture — each one rotating a full 360° so guests can face the fire, catch the sunset, or turn toward each other without dragging furniture across your deck. The cushions are built from performance outdoor fabric that dries fast and resists the kind of hard use that comes with continuous guest rotation. This is the set that earns the five-star outdoor review. It looks premium, functions effortlessly, and asks almost nothing from you on turnover day. A Complete Outdoor Living Set Built for the STR Host This isn't a collection of mismatched pieces — it's a curated five-piece set designed to function as a complete outdoor room. Four deep-seating swivel chairs and a fire pit table arrive together, sized and proportioned to work as a unit from day one. Why POLYWOOD Lumber Holds Up Through Heavy Guest Rotation Genuine POLYWOOD® lumber is made from recycled high-density polyethylene — the same material used in milk jugs — compressed and engineered into a dense, wood-like board that won't splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot. Color is built in all the way through, so surface scratches don't show and fading isn't a concern even in full sun. For STR hosts, that translates directly to ownership. No seasonal sealing, no sanding between stays, no replacing cushion frames after a hard winter. Stainless steel hardware throughout means no rust staining on your deck or pavers either. POLYWOOD backs their product with a 20-year residential warranty — and because STR use aligns with residential classification, that coverage applies. It's the kind of durability that makes the math work on a quality investment. Swivel Seating That Adapts to Any Gathering, Any Guest Each Braxton chair rotates a full 360° on a smooth swivel base, which sounds like a small thing until you've watched guests awkwardly shuffle furniture around a fire. The swivel action means everyone finds their angle naturally — conversation flows, photos frame better, and no one's dragging chair legs across your composite deck. Deep seating means exactly that. Wide armrests, generous seat depth, and plush cushions that guests sink into rather than perch on. It's the difference between furniture that looks inviting in photos and furniture that actually delivers on arrival. At approximately 149" × 149", the set footprint is generous but not oversized — right-sized for a mid-to-large deck, rooftop, or patio that you want to anchor with a defined lounge zone. The Fire Pit Table That Makes Your Listing Cover Photo The Nautical 42" Fire Pit Table does two things most fire features can't: it hides the propane tank completely, and it produces up to 60,000 BTUs of clean, smokeless flame. The result is a centerpiece that looks as good in photos as it performs on cool evenings. 60,000 BTUs, Hidden Tank, and a Camera-Ready Finish Push-button ignition means guests aren't fumbling with lighters or asking how to start the fire — they press a button, adjust the flame, and settle in. The adjustable flame height lets them dial the ambiance up or down depending on the evening. The hidden-tank design keeps the propane cylinder out of sight inside the table base, so your outdoor setup photographs clean. No silver tank visible in listing images, no guest tripping hazard, no eyesore on turnover day. The set also connects to natural gas for hosts who prefer a permanent line. Included accessories round out the setup: a glass wind guard to protect the flame in breezy conditions, 10 lbs of clear glass gems for the fire bed, and a fitted table cover to protect the burner between uses. Everything ships with the set — nothing to source separately. Safety Features Hosts and Guests Can Count On The fire table carries UL certification — independently verified to meet established safety standards for gas appliances. For STR hosts, that's meaningful: UL-listed equipment is typically required or strongly preferred by STR insurance carriers and platform liability guidelines. The glass wind guard serves double duty — it protects the flame from gusts and keeps the open fire element contained, reducing the chance of guests reaching across the burner. It's the kind of thoughtful design detail that matters when you're not on-site to supervise. For natural gas installations, a licensed plumber or gas fitter will need to make the connection — something worth building into your setup plan. For LP, the hidden tank compartment accommodates a standard 20 lb cylinder, which guests can swap independently if you brief them on the process. Cushions, Comfort, and the Details That Drive Five-Star Reviews Guest reviews that mention outdoor furniture almost always credit the same things — comfort, quality feel, and how the space looked. The Braxton set is designed to deliver on all three, and the cushions are a big part of that equation. Performance Fabric Built for Weather, Wear, and Fast Turnovers POLYWOOD's performance outdoor cushions are engineered to dry fast, resist mildew, and hold their shape through repeated use. They're available across a wide color palette, so you can coordinate with your property's aesthetic rather than defaulting to whatever ships fastest. On turnover day, fast-drying fabric matters. If guests leave cushions out overnight and morning dew sets in, you're not waiting for foam to dry before your next check-in. These cushions shed moisture and recover quickly — a practical advantage that quietly saves time across dozens of stays. The cushions are designed to stay on the chairs through normal outdoor use, but they're easy to remove for cleaning or off-season storage. No special tools, no complicated attachment systems. The Small Touches Guests Notice (and Mention in Reviews) The included fire pit table cover protects the burner unit between uses and during weather — it's a small thing that keeps the table looking new longer. Glass gems in the fire bed elevate the visual quality of the flame, giving guests something more refined than a bare burner pan. Smooth swivel action, deep cushioned seating, and a glowing fire table create a sensory experience guests remember and write about. "The outdoor area was incredible" is a common phrase in five-star reviews — and it almost always traces back to exactly this kind of curated setup. The set is Made in the USA, which carries weight with the guests who notice it — and with hosts who care about quality control and warranty support that's actually accessible. Who This Is For (and Who It's Not) This set is perfect if you:  ✔ Want a complete, camera-ready outdoor lounge that requires minimal upkeep between stays ✔ Manage a property with a mid-to-large deck, patio, or rooftop where an anchored fire lounge makes sense ✔ Want a gas fire feature that photographs clean, operates simply, and meets STR insurance standards ✔ Are investing in outdoor furniture that holds its value and appearance across multiple rental seasons ✔ Want a Made-in-USA product backed by a 20-year residential warranty This may not be right if you:  ✖ Have a smaller outdoor space where a 149" × 149" footprint would feel crowded or leave no room for other furniture ✖ Prefer a wood-burning fire feature — this table runs on LP or natural gas only ✖ Need immediate delivery — lead times vary by fabric selection and finish ✖ Are looking for a budget entry point — this is a premium investment priced accordingly What Owning This Looks Like Picture the review your next guest writes after their first evening outside. They found the fire table already set up, hit the ignition, poured a drink, and didn't move for two hours. That's the stay they'll tell their friends about — and the listing they'll rebook. A rooftop deck in a mountain rental town, fire glowing against the skyline, four guests swiveling their chairs toward the view A Gulf Coast beach house patio where salt air and humidity would destroy lesser furniture — but not this A backyard STR where the outdoor lounge shows up in every guest photo and pulls double-digit listing saves A lakefront property where the fire table becomes the reason guests extend their stay by a night This is the set that pays for itself. Not in one stay — but over seasons of five-star reviews, repeat bookings, and a listing that visually outperforms everything around it.
