Planting guide: Planting depth: 1″ or 2.5cm. Seed spacing: 2″ or 5cm. Spacing between rows: 3′ or 90cm. Spacing after thinning: 12″-18″ or 30-45cm. Days to maturity: 55. Dark green leaves make excellent greens, and are served like Spinach. Enjoy multiple harvests by cutting leaves individually; young leaves 6″ and up to 20″ tall. Plants will produce new leaves and stems throughout the season.
