Swings

In Swings - Aukse Drazdiene constructs a world where flora appears half-botanical, half-mechanical, oscillating between organic rhythm and engineered precision. Seed pods hang like suspended vessels, each containing its own tiny system of balance and breath. Curved stems twist and stretch as if caught in a slow-motion dance, their lines echoing the motion of pendulums in air. The muted tones of graphite, silver, and violet bring an almost meditative calm to this intricate choreography. Within the delicate structure, Drazdiene captures the perpetual swing of creation - how nature sways between blooming and retreat, vulnerability and resilience. Swings becomes an allegory of interconnected movement. In its complex tangle of forms and lines, Drazdiene reveals how every living thing leans toward another - tethered not by gravity, but by the quiet pulse of life itself.
