Swim Bloomers

These swim bloomers are the perfect high waisted swim bottoms! They come with the option of ruffles on the side or a ruched middle (you can also do a plain panel in the middle if you don't want it ruched). We love these swim bloomers and they pair perfectly with the swim cami and swing top!
