These aromatherapy shower steamers were designed to promote relaxation after a long hectic day. Made with a blend of essential oils that support relaxation and sleep. All of our shower steamers are made with 100% pure essential oils and hand mixed and molded using the best ingredients. There are no toxins or fragrance oils whatsoever. Ingredients:  Sodium Bicarbonate, citric acid, corn starch, water, coconut oil, lavender essential oil, bergamot essential oil, lemon essential oil, cedarwood essential oil, ylang yang essential oil. Directions: For quick showers and maximum fragrance, place shower steamer on floor of shower in the direct stream of water. For longer showers and a light but longer lasting aroma, use mesh bag and place shower steamer inside. Activate with water and hang bag out of direct stream of water to last 2-3 showers.
