Body scrubs don't just make your skin look and feel fantastic – they also improve the health of your skin. When dead skin builds up, it can clog pores and cause blemishes to appear on the surface of your skin. Exfoliating the skin and removing that dead skin often lessens the frequency of body acne.  Other Benefits Include:   Increasing Blood Flow Circulation Increasing Skin Hydration Removing Dead Skin Cells Relieves Dry Itchy Skin  Prevents Acne Reduces Stretch Marks  Helps With Eczema Irritation Clears Dark Spots  Heals Cuts And Scrapes  Relieves Dry Itchy Skin  Prevents Acne How To Use: Scoop desired amount with hands. It's best to use a body scrub once your skin is already free of dirt that may have accumulated on your skin already. This way, the scrub can work its magic of cleansing more effectively.  How Often to Use:  If It is Your First Time Using a Body Scrub, you should generally start off using body scrubs once per week, and then gradually increase to 3-4 times per week.
