PORK SWEET POTATO MAPLE MISO- A must try in our Autumn sausage line-up.  Roasted local sweet potatoes combined with maple syrup and miso for the perfect salty sweet kick.  Great grilled/sauteed on their own OR crumbed and combined with roasted veggies or stuffed winter squash.
