Like every good idea, Our Sweet Heat pepper jelly started because we were trying to solve a problem. Our first-year, full-time farming we decided to grow thousands of strawberries. We had so many strawberries we immediately began experimenting in the kitchen for a way too use them. We came up our sweet heat pepper jelly. The perfect mix of sweet strawberries and spicy jalapeños. Sweet Heat is literally amazing on everything! We love it on smoked salmon, cream cheese, pimento cheese, as a glaze for meats and seafood and everything in between! 9 oz
