Our 16 gauge speaker wire is composed of 4 bare copper conductors composed of 65 strands of copper. The copper conductors are made of oxygen free pure copper, lending it improved conductivity. It has a Black PVC outer jacket and meets UL and CL3 standards. 16 gauge speaker wire is ideal for providing high quality audio signals from audio components to a receiver or amplifier. This direct burial speaker wire is ideal for outdoor speakers and low voltage lighting applications. It is supplied on a wooden spool of 500 feet. The PVC jacket is sun resistant and protects against water damage.
