The installation process involves a simple bolt-on process with one plastic puck on each side and a bar that goes through the axle. The sliders are constructed with UHMW-PE, a durable plastic known for its strength, wear resistance, and dimensional stability. In fact, it is even more dimensionally stable than Nylon and is commonly used in industrial applications such as ball bearings and reducing friction. The bolts used are of the highest commercially available grade, 12.9 (177,000 psi in tensile strength). Additionally, the long bar is made of billet aluminum, ensuring top-quality materials. You can rest assured knowing you are getting the best materials on the market.
