Sutherland Cabernet Sauvignon

Sutherland Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the cool coastal Elgin region of South Africa’s Western Cape under the Sutherland Vineyards label. Deep, dark ruby in color, this full bodied red bursts with rich dark berry flavors such as cassis, blackberry and plum, framed by spice, cedar, and subtle savory herbal notes. Its tannins are firm yet seamless, offering structure alongside a long, lingering finish. This is a richly expressive Cabernet ideal with red meats like game, strong cheeses, or hearty stews.
