Surrender Duality Cork Travel mat

Duality : The Sun and the Moon represent polarity and duality. They are opposites, opposing powers, life/ death, good/bad, light/ dark. masculine/ feminine. Two different forces, yet interlinked together always. For one can not exist without the other. Live by the sun, love by the moon. The sun symbolizes supreme cosmic power, a life force that allows all things to grow and thrive. Masculine energy represents life's light, influence, and strength. The moon symbolizes death, birth, resurrection, emotions, and power.  Feminine in energy bringing calmness, beauty, and nurturing. The sun is constant in existence rising every day and setting every night. The moon is ever-changing its emotions and senses making it unpredictable,  the moon wanes and waxes and has many different phases like our emotions. This is the duality of the human spirit. Together they create balance, if you can accept the duality of the sun ( light) and the moon  (dark) within yourself, balance can be achieved. * Elevate your practice, Add a Surrender gem to your yoga mat. *All orders Reiki infused with a Blessing of Love & Healing.
