A different type of wave than I’ve painted before, it is not a clean face, it feels more like an emerald ice cave. I really enjoyed abandoning reality on this one and letting myself free-flow it out. Surrendering internally is really what this is about. To stop trying to control yourself, to cease resistance and allow the light in. Inspired by a wave on the Washington State coast, where the Pacific Ocean reaches sandy shores.
