Material Properties Shore D Hardness: 75–85 Flexural Modulus: 2,500–3,500 MPa Flexural Strength: 100–120 MPa Tensile Modulus: 2,500–3,000 MPa Tensile Strength: 50–70 MPa Elongation at Break: 20–30% Notched Izod Impact Strength: 30–50 J/m Heat Deflection Temperature: 60–70°C Recommended Printing Parameters The manufacturer provides recommended printing parameters for compatible Piocreat printers, including the DJ-68, DJ-89Plus, and D158. Refer to the Technical Data Sheet for detailed settings. Post-Processing After printing: Clean the printed model with absolute ethanol or isopropanol. A low-frequency ultrasonic cleaner may be used. Thoroughly dry the model to remove residual cleaning liquid. Remove most supports before post-curing. For applications requiring additional toughness, the TDS states that the printed part may be UV post-cured for 5 minutes. Final curing time should be adjusted according to the selected curing method.
