Surfside Raspberry delivers a bright, fruit-forward raspberry flavor balanced by mild sweetness and a clean vodka finish. It drinks light and refreshing at just 4.5% ABV with no heavy alcohol heat. How does Surfside Raspberry compare to High Noon Raspberry? Both are vodka-based canned cocktails, but High Noon uses real fruit juice and carbonation at 4.5% ABV, while Surfside tends toward a non-carbonated, smoother profile built on Stateside Vodka's Double Gold-winning base spirit. Is Surfside Raspberry good for beginners? Yes — the 4.5% ABV is lower than most beers, and the prominent raspberry flavor makes it extremely approachable for anyone new to vodka-based drinks or canned cocktails. Where is Surfside Raspberry made? Surfside Raspberry Vodka is produced in Pennsylvania using Stateside Urbancraft Vodka, which is distilled in Philadelphia. The entire Surfside lineup originates from this Philadelphia-based distillery. What foods pair well with Surfside Raspberry? Grilled chicken with a berry glaze mirrors the raspberry notes. Fresh summer salads with goat cheese and mixed berries complement the fruity profile. Light appetizers like bruschetta or shrimp cocktail work well alongside the clean, low-ABV character. Dark chocolate adds a rich contrast to the berry sweetness. What sizes does Surfside Raspberry come in? This expression is available as a 4-pack of 12oz cans, which is the standard format for the Surfside single-flavor offerings. Is Surfside Raspberry worth the price? Surfside Raspberry positions as a competitive entry-level premixed cocktail, with the added distinction of using a Double Gold Medal-winning vodka base — a quality edge that many competitors at this price tier lack. Why Surfside Raspberry? The most compelling reason to reach for Surfside Raspberry over the dozens of competing canned cocktails is the base spirit. Stateside Vodka's Double Gold Medal at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition is a significant credential — most ready-to-drink brands do not disclose their spirit source, let alone one with that level of recognition. The 4.5% ABV hits the sessionable sweet spot, sitting below most hard seltzers while delivering more pronounced flavor. For raspberry-flavored RTD cocktails specifically, the clean distillate foundation prevents the artificial aftertaste that plagues many lower-quality competitors.
