Surfer's Coffee Rub Locally Roasted Coffee and Spice Mix Ride the Wave of Flavor with Kailua Seasoning's Signature Blend Catch the perfect wave of taste with Surfer's Coffee Rub, the latest creation from Kailua Seasoning Company. Inspired by the laid-back surf culture of Kailua and crafted with the finest local ingredients, this seasoning blend is set to revolutionize your culinary experience.   We Love It For Grilled Meat: Perfect for adding depth to meats such as steaks, ribs, and chicken. The coffee’s rich, roasted flavor enhances the meat’s natural umami, creating a savory, smoky crust. Roasted Vegetables: Sprinkle over vegetables before roasting to infuse them with a complex, earthy flavor. The coffee’s richness pairs surprisingly well with root vegetables like sweet potatoes, carrots, and beets. Brisket and Pork: For BBQ enthusiasts, a coffee rub is a game-changer. Use it on brisket or pork shoulder before smoking or slow-cooking to develop a robust, flavorful bark that contrasts beautifully with tender, juicy meat. Seafood: While less traditional, coffee rub can also work wonders on seafood. Try it on salmon or tuna to add a unique, bold flavor that complements the natural sweetness of the fish.   About Surfer's Coffee Rub At the heart of Surfer's Coffee Rub is the rich, aromatic essence of locally roasted coffee from Kailua Town Coffee Roasters.
